Steps to signing up with free trial for past users.

1. Login with existing username and password, you will be sent to the account page (you can create a new account with new info if you wish)
2. Select from membership type the Monthly Online Subscription
3. Select payment method (you will not be charged until the trial is over and you haven't chosen to cancel)
4. Click the order button
5. Follow the checkout process.
6. Start interacting on the training site.
